£38,000 per annum plus £3,500 service charge

Responsibilities as a Junior Sous Chef
Supporting the Executive and Sous Chefs with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Taking ownership of a section and leading it confidently during busy services
Assisting with menu development, bringing fresh ideas and a creative approach
Ensuring consistently high standards across the 50-cover restaurant and events up to 100 guests
Coaching and supporting more junior members of the brigade
