Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Building Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in our Midlands Construction team, providing your expertise in building services throughout various project stages—from tender to delivery and commissioning. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
* Compile and summarize project reports for the Project Lead based on your team’s supervision.
* Assist in Design Management for M&E Packages.
* Review technical submittals from subcontractors.
* Coordinate M&E services on-site in collaboration with project teams.
* Ensure installation quality meets our high standards.
* Manage commissioning processes and sign-offs.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you have:
* A strong technical knowledge of M&E design and installations.
* Experience in a main contracting environment, managing specialist subcontract partners.
* A proven track record in delivering large building services packages valued at £10M or more.
