The Opportunity
This role is centred on managing and executing M&A deals from start to finish. You will lead deal teams, acting as a primary point of contact for clients, and take charge of all critical aspects of a transaction. Success in this position requires a blend of excellent technical skills, strong client-facing abilities, and a proactive mindset. The ideal candidate will also be keen to get involved in business development and help mentor junior colleagues.
Key Requirements
* A professional accountancy qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA).
* A proven track record of successful deal execution within a corporate finance or M&A environment.
* Demonstrable experience leading transactions, including managing client relationships and coordinating with external advisors.
* Expertise in financial analysis, valuation, and modelling.
