Our client located in Sidcup, is seeking a temporary Part Time Office Administrator to assist the Operations Coordinator with the following duties: Quote preparation and submitting to new and existing clients for approval Processing client broadband orders Processing client mobile orders Deal with client enquiries and manage query resolution process, including liaison with colleagues to ensure the prompt resolution of queries Managing purchase orders Project administration Organising Royal Mail collections Ordering and stock management Other admin tasks as and when required The ideal candidate will possess a real can-do attitude with a sense of getting the job done with a professional and friendly flare. They are a small but friendly team, who are hardworking and passionate about all things Telecoms. You would need to be a quick learner and be able to work on your own initiative, as well as being a team player. Working hours fixed at Monday Wednesday and Friday 9:00am-3:00pm (half hour unpaid lunch break) Experience: Office Administration: min 2 years (required) Customer service: min 2 years (required) Benefits: Company events On-site parking Temp position to start with a view of permanent after an agreed probationary period.
