What the Job Involves This role involves processing planning applications and performing all related administrative duties. You will check applications against national and local validation requirements, prepare and upload documentation to the Document Management System, and distribute statutory notification letters. Additionally, you will notify applicants or agents of invalid applications, manage inbound inquiries, provide advice to customers, and liaise with council members and other departments.
