* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes, systems, and workflows
* Support risk management and business continuity planning by improving supply chain resilience
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and transport regulations
* Promote high standards of safety and accountability across warehouse and logistics operations
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, operations, and manufacturing to support business performance and customer satisfaction

Person Specification

To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced supply chain or logistics professional with a strong background in manufacturing, engineering, or heavy industry.

You will be commercially aware, organised, and proactive, with the ability to balance day-to-day operational control with longer-term planning and continuous improvement.
