Administrator (Maternity Cover – 12 Months)Full-time | Burntwood | £28,000 – £30,000Katie Bard are currently searching for an Administrator for our long standing client. This objective of the role is to assist the sales team in achieving their business plan though accurate administration. You will manage customers through their back-office system, in an effective manor to ensure top quality service at all time to internal and external customers.Responsibilities of the role
1. Accurately process new client information, contract details, and key documentation using internal systems.
2. Manage incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring all parties receive the correct paperwork in a timely manner.
3. Coordinate and record customer preferences, orders, and updates, keeping all systems current.
4. Maintain accurate data for compliance and reporting purposes.
5. Prepare onboarding and welcome materials for clients.
6. Liaise with internal teams to ensure clear communication and consistency across operations..

9. Able to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
10. Professional, flexible, and proactive in problem-solving.
11. Previous experience in an administrative or operational support role is preferred.
