The HR Reporting & Data Manager will enable the delivery of HR Management Information through data visualisation and detailed analysis, supporting data-driven decision making and improvements. Managing and compiling reports and returns to internal and external stakeholders. Providing high-quality analysis and reporting on a range of HR data.
Top Responsibilities
* Provide quality people data to senior leaders in the MCA, including the Executive Team People Group and directorate management board to inform decision making.
* Manage the delivery of HR Management Information (MI), using technical knowledge and data manipulation/reporting skills to produce regular and ad-hoc reports.
* Design, develop, maintain, and present a People MI Suite, utilising Python, Power BI, and other tools.
* Validate, improve, and innovate on the MCA use of analytical tools and techniques for HR data, using automation where possible.

About you
You have exceptional Excel skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualisation. Extensive experience in Power BI, designing interactive dashboards, and supporting data-driven decision-making is crucial. Strong communication skills to explain analytical outcomes to non-specialists are essential. You are proactive, innovative, and focused on continuous improvement. Opportunities to develop Python skills are available if not currently qualified.
