Overview
University Hospitals of North Midlands is currently unable to provide sponsorship for this role. This is in accordance with UKVI guidelines and legislation, as these roles do not meet the skill nor salary threshold for sponsorship. If you hold a graduate visa, you are welcome to apply for this role; however UHNM will be unable to offer sponsorship at the end of your graduate visa. You must also have at least six months until your graduate visa expires at the start of your employment for training and operational reasons.
The purpose of this role is to actively coordinate and facilitate prompt investigations, diagnostics and clinical review, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team, thereby improving quality of care and experience for patients and ensuring timely access to haematology treatment.
The post holder will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of a database to ensure that patients entered onto the patient stratified follow up pathway are appropriately managed.
The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
* Coordinate and facilitate prompt investigations, diagnostics and clinical review in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to improve quality of care and patient experience and ensure timely access to haematology treatment.
* Create and maintain a database to manage patients entered onto the patient stratified follow up pathway.
* Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient management of the patient stratified follow up pathway.
* Assist in site-specific data collection processes, diagnostic cancer pathway waiting times and national cancer data sets and input on various information systems.
