Overview We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join a Gloucester-based organisation on a fixed-term contract to support a number of key data initiatives across the business. This role will play a key part in improving reporting capability and supporting a new ERP programme, helping the business better extract, integrate and utilise data across multiple systems. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with different data tools, building reporting capability, and supporting system transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities Data & Reporting (Non-ERP Projects)
Support the rollout of a new Power BI reporting capability across the business.
Work with existing tools such as Phocas to analyse and interpret operational data.
Integrate and consolidate data from multiple sources, including Internal systems, to improve reporting accuracy.
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting outputs for stakeholders
Quickly learn and adapt to new data tools and platforms.ERP Programme Support
Assist with data extraction and preparation for an upcoming ERP system implementation.
Expand existing demo datasets into larger, more representative data sets for wider use.
Support the rollout of ERP data across the wider group.
Help ensure data structures, files and outputs are suitable for the ERP implementation.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance of data as the project progresses.What We’re Looking For
Experience working in a Data Analyst or Business/Data Reporting role.
Strong experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
Experience working with data extraction, transformation and reporting.
Comfortable working with multiple data systems and tools and quickly picking up new platforms.
Exposure to ERP systems or ERP implementations (implementation experience is beneficial but not essential).
