The Flutter Group Compensation team is a key part of our Group Reward function, with specific responsibility for advising on, developing, and managing Flutter's global job and pay architecture. This includes our frameworks for job grading and pay benchmarking, whilst also leading on our global pay equity and transparency strategy and driving innovation in compensation technology and analytics.

This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.


What You’ll Do

* Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, high-value compensation and reward projects, owning governance, roadmaps, and cross-functional coordination across multiple workstreams simultaneously.
* Drive project execution to ensure initiatives are delivered on scope, time, and budget, proactively identifying and mitigating risks before they escalated.
* Design and facilitate workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder sessions using structured techniques to generate clear decisions and actionable outcomes.
* Build and manage stakeholder relationships across Reward, HR, Technology, and senior leadership, delivering tailored project updates and securing buy-in at every stage.
* Analyse complex information and translate it into clear, data-driven recommendations that support strategic decision‑making aligned to Group priorities.
* Champion high‑performance collaboration across project teams, mentoring junior colleagues and fostering accountability throughout the project lifecycle.


What You’ll Bring

* Proven project governance expertise, with ability to establish frameworks, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and manage multiple concurrent workstreams in complex, fast‑paced environments.
* Sharp analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying risks, resolving issues before escalation, and translating complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with ability to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively at all levels, from operational teams to executive leadership.
* Skilled facilitator with experience designing and delivering engaging workshops and meetings using structured techniques — such as design thinking, RACI, and process mapping — to drive decisions and tangible outcomes.
* Adaptable and resilient, comfortable balancing competing priorities under pressure while maintaining quality, meeting deadlines, and responding flexibly to evolving stakeholder needs.
* Collaborative and curious mindset, with commitment to continuous improvement, championing best practices, and staying ahead of emerging trends in project management, rewards, and technology.
