Do you have experience as a qualified Solicitor in Employment Law and looking to join a leading team in Birmingham?Are you looking to work in a team which highly regarded for it's supportive culture and training and development?This is a chance to join a leading Employment team focusing on both contentious and non-contentious matters. The team has a particular specialism within the Healthcare sector acting for both private companies and public bodies. The work is often very high profile and many of the contentious cases reach Tribunal so you will get great exposure to seeing a case all the way through the process.The team has strong support staff and Paralegals, ensuring that administrative work such as bundling would not fall within your remit - allowing you to focus on the legal work and fee earning.The team also get involved in Corporate support work.You would be joining a large team part of a very large national Employment offering. So you will benefit from lots of infrastructure and resource.The firm is very well known for its inclusive culture and supportive learning environment.The team work in a hybrid manner with time spent in the office and at home.
The Successful Applicant
The team are looking for a qualified UK solicitor and it's likely that you will need at least 1-2 years' experience in Employment work. The firm is open to candidates from smaller firms looking to step up or perhaps lawyers at international outfits who are feeling frustrated.
