Role Overview The Business Systems Analyst will work closely with the Systems Manager to support, maintain, and enhance Fells’ business systems and applications. This is a hands-on role focused on system administration, user support, data management, and process automation. You’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth operations, supporting process improvements, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
