Responsibilities
* Perform patient observations: temperature, blood pressure, pulse, oxygen saturation, blood glucose and urinalysis following a period of on-job instruction and training.
* Undertake delegated duties related to patient care that contributes to the ongoing support of patients.
* Support the trained nurse and other health care professionals in the delivery of the highest standard of patient focused care.
* Assist in improving the quality of the fundamental aspects of Health and Social Care for individuals who are acutely or chronically ill, frail or disabled.
Qualifications
* Experience working in healthcare.
* Ability to speak Welsh (desirable).
* Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

The post is for permanent healthcare support worker with part time hours available. To work on the ward, it will involve rotation onto night duty; the ability to have a flexible approach to working hours is essential.
