Start Date: April Local SAGE Bookkeeper & Monthly SAGE Payroll £20-£25p/h £25p/h 8-10hrs a week onsite (ideally a Wednesday / Thursday) Weeks may vary so hrly rate is appropriate Essential Skills: * SAGE 50 Line Accounts / Payroll experience * Intermediate Excel Skills * Experience of working within an SME environment * Time Management * Team player The Position would be working directly with the Owner and Director, and the main responsibilities include: 1. Reconcile SAGE Bank Account Weekly 2. Update Excel Cashflow and liase with owner reference weekly payments 3. Post purchase invoices received by email, mail and by other colleagues 4. Process weekly bank payments (UK & China) 5. Monthly SAGE Payroll (26th Payday) 6. Keep general bookkeeping affairs up to date / emails etc 7. Assist external accounts with management accounts and any SAGE queries
