Ref: IRC323946 Property Services Division (PSD) has a leading role to play in procuring and delivering high quality property maintenance services including small projects and associated services to clients across the Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS) and other public sector clients. We are now looking to recruit Building and Fabric Maintenance Officers (HPTO) to join our team. You will play a major role with regard to the delivery of high quality planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and associated remedial works, ensuring the best outcomes for clients in terms of quality, cost and timeliness are achieved. Some key duties (for a full list of key duties, see our candidate information booklet): The management, direction & supervision of building fabric related PPM services in a wide range of public sector properties including the management and allocation of work. The delivery of remedial and other projects associated with building fabric PPM services and planned maintenance projects. Monitor, assess and report on the quality of contractor service delivery by various means including on-site inspections, reviewing contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), consultation with clients, etc. Review and update asset database, adding and removing clients, properties and services as required.
