Job Description
The Sales & Training Executive (SATE) is responsible for coordinating the implementation of Evac+Chair’s strategic sales and marketing plans in an assigned territory. The SATE will split their time between 50% demonstrating/selling time and 50% delivering training courses. The selling time will be derived from leads generated via the company’s centralised marketing activity (this may include supporting National/FM customers via the National Account Manager) and self-generated sales activity. The training time will be focussed on delivering one of our two training courses on customers premises.
Key responsibilities will include;
· Deliver the agreed budget/target for the territory.
· Develop territory business plans that will grow the business.
· Deliver training courses to a high standard that give customers the skills and confidence to operate/train others in the safe operation of our products.
· Generate and follow up quotations and reports.
· Communicate new product developments to prospective and existing customers.

Provide management with feedback through monthly and quarterly sales reports.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities via CRM and update any incorrect data fields.
· Assess sales performance according to KPI’s.
About You;
* Strong sales (minimum 5 years) and customer service knowledge and experience. Experience in delivering training.
· Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications.
· CRM experience.
· Experience of working within a product and services driven business.
· Experience of working in a growing company and the need therefore to be flexible/agile. Customer interface at all levels. Ability to work on own initiative and confident in problem solving. Willingness to receive on –going training. A strong sense of customer satisfaction.
We’ll also like you to have;
· Medical Device Sales and/or training experience.
· Prospect Soft.
· Knowledge of the Health & Safety and Fire Safety sectors would be desirable.
· Previous experience training/presenting skills would be desirable. AET teaching qualification.
