About the role
We are excited to announce the opening of our brand showroom in Scarborough later this year, and we are looking for a dynamic General Showroom Manager to lead and drive our showroom to success!
Key Responsibilities
* Be the driving force behind the showroom team, ensuring that every customer receives a world-class experience from start to finish.
* Recruit, train, and motivate a team of talented individuals who will be central to the showroom’s success.
* Drive sales performance to not only meet but exceed showroom targets year after year, while prioritising customer satisfaction and retention.
* Play a pivotal role in the successful opening of the new Scarborough showroom, ensuring a smooth and impactful start.
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and procedures as outlined in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
About You
* Significant experience in a big-ticket retail environment with multi-million turnover targets
* A sales-driven approach with a proven track record of success
* Passionate about coaching and developing your team
* Committed to delivering exceptional customer service
* Willing to work the majority of weekends and bank holidays
