Due to further growth an award‑winning pensions consultancy has a new job in their Glasgow office, providing flexible and hybrid working along with outstanding employee benefits. They are recruiting for a Pensions Manager with experience in DB to work at the forefront of the team.
This position, available due to new business wins, will be in charge of a number of DB pension administrators and seniors, providing guidance, coaching and delegating workloads accordingly. The successful applicant will also be involved with managing highly important projects for the team. Previous technical defined benefit pensions experience is essential, in addition to experience in client management within pensions. Professional qualifications such as PMI are highly desirable to ensure these projects are overseen in a compliant manner.
Technical knowledge of cradle‑to‑grave pensions administration is required, either worked as a team leader or manager with a thorough understanding of scheme rules and current legislation. The role offers someone with in‑depth knowledge of the defined benefit market and their qualifications to take full ownership and play a significant part in the success of the team.
