About the Role
JDR Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced MIG Welder to join a well-established manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a clean, organised and supportive production environment, working on light-duty fabrication within a dedicated machine department.

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out MIG welding on light gauge materials
* Work from technical drawings and specifications
* Perform basic fabrication and assembly tasks
* Operate machinery within the production department
* Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Collaborate with team members to meet production targets

Requirements
* Previous experience in MIG welding (essential)
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Experience working with light-duty materials
* Strong attention to detail and quality
* Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
