What the Job Involves The Principal Social Worker role within the Fostering Service involves leading and managing a range of activities to enhance our in-house fostering service and supported lodgings. You will coordinate recruitment efforts, maintain partnerships, and promote the service through various media and community engagements. Your responsibilities include developing targeted recruitment campaigns, ensuring compliance with core values, and providing the highest standards of fostering services. You will play a lead role in continuous service improvement, staff supervision, and support for multi-agency collaboration while managing the fostering capacity through effective assessments and reporting.
