About The Role

As Events Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering outstanding events that drive value and impact. Reporting to the Head of Events, you’ll lead a talented team, champion best practice, and ensure every event aligns with our strategic goals and delivers true ROI.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and empower the Events Team of four, aligning priorities with business OKRs.
* Own the day-to-day management of the Events Programme, including budget accountability.
* Drive innovation through horizon scanning and trend analysis to create new event experiences.
* Ensure compliance for CPD events and manage reputational risk in regulated environments.
* Implement and extend a showcase of events both online and face to face through creative project management, budgetary ownership and current trends.
* Act as deputy to the Head of Events when required.
* Build strong relationships internally and externally, fostering collaboration and strategic partnerships.
* Champion sustainability and B-Corp principles across all events.
About You
* Proven leadership experience and team management skills.
* A strong background in events management ideally within a regulated business.
* Expertise in Cvent and advanced knowledge of AV and IT systems.
* Commercial awareness and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

We have a head office in Hampshire, but depending on your role, you’ll be able to enjoy our ‘smart working’ approach. This means you can flex when and where you spend your time. For many of us this means day to day work can be handled remotely, but there will also be times when we need to come together in the office to collaborate, attend training sessions, induction, briefings and more.
