Salary: £55,000 - 55,000 per year Requirements: You should be educated to degree level or equivalent in an IT discipline. Experience in the Microsoft Dynamics space is essential. Skilled in transforming a business into a data-driven, customer-centric organization. Familiarity with Dynamics 365 and other CRM platforms is advantageous. You must align CRM architecture against enterprise standards and principles. Experience with Dynamics Contact Centre is highly desirable. Responsibilities: I would like you to assist in developing a CRM strategy that aligns with our Digital and Data goals to drive change throughout our business and its partners. Focus on our new Dynamics Contact Centre project. You will manage the delivery of CRM services on our platform (Dynamics 365). Migrate legacy systems and data into the CRM platform. Work closely with the business to transform operations into an optimized CRM platform. Develop a holistic view of the customer by ensuring data from corporate systems is visible to CRM users using integrations, APIs, and other technologies. Define and manage security within the CRM. Recommend improvements to existing processes and products while collaborating with business teams to achieve their outcomes. Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities for CRM services. Work closely with Architects to ensure compliance with all relevant requirements, capturing necessary data, and further developing enterprise-level architecture. Collaborate with Cyber Security and the Data Protection Officer to meet required standards, implementing tools to monitor and enforce policies. Engage with external suppliers and agencies to implement solutions adhering to best practices and compliance with WMCA standards and policies. Explore new and emerging CRM technologies to provide a modern, scalable CRM architecture.
