Description:
Part time NHS LOCUM Dentist required for 1 day per week (THRUSDAY OR FRIDAY ONLY) in a busy, mixed, well established INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice in Runcorn, Cheshire.
• £500 per day (No target, No labs deductions)
• Private & Labs 50% split
• Hours 9am to 5pm
• 2 Fully computerised surgeries, software SOE
• Digital x-rays
• Rotary endo
• Full support team including a Hygienist & Therapist
• Existing, well maintained list
• 10 minutes from Runcorn, 25 minutes to Warrington, 45 minutes to Liverpool, 50 minutes to Manchester

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate

- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
