Location: Worksop
Salary: Up to A GBP 32,199 per annum (Depending on experience and qualifications)
Hours: Full Time (37hrs per week, all year round)

Role and responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding teaching and assessment in Levels 1–5 Early Years.
* Motivate students and support them to achieve their potential.
* Ensure the success of students and provide an enriched curriculum; monitor progress and ensure timely completion and achievement.
* Involvement in recruitment and providing advice and guidance to students on progression routes.
* Develop industry links to provide enrichment and work experience opportunities.
* Based at North Notts College with flexibility to deliver across other campuses when required.
Qualifications and requirements
* Vocational qualification at Level 3 or above, plus a relevant teaching qualification and assessors award and IQA, or willingness to work towards.
* Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in English and Maths, or willingness to work towards.
* Experience in IQA and delivery of dissertations.
* Ability to bring the subject to life using practical, theoretical and digital methods to engage learners.
* Effective and motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work with colleagues and management to achieve objectives.
Department information and role context
You will work as part of the curriculum team and report to the Curriculum Manager. You may also work with Curriculum Team Leaders as directed.
