Job Title: Healthcare Lead (Architect OR Architectural Technician/ Technologist)

Daily Duties
9. Lead the design and delivery of healthcare projects across all RIBA stages
10. Act as the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and consultant teams
11. Manage project teams to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to high design standards
12. Drive and support business development activities, including winning new work
13. Oversee BIM/Revit coordination and project outputs
14. Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to junior team members
15. Ensure all designs meet healthcare regulations and best practice standards
Ideal Candidate Profile
16. Qualified Architect, Architectural Technologist, or Technician (ARB/ CIAT)
17. Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience working exclusively within the healthcare sector
18. Strong background across primary, secondary, and acute care projects
19. Proven experience in a client-facing and leadership role
20. Proficiency in Revit/BIM is highly desirable
21. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
22. Commercial awareness, with an interest or experience in business development
23. Flexible in location, with willingness to travel or contribute to regional growth
