A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR AT OUR HOTEL


What you'll be doing:

* Lead the front desk team with a friendly, proactive vibe, making every guest feel welcome and taken care of from the moment they arrive.
* Keep front desk operations flowing smoothly, managing check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries efficiently.
* Provide guidance, training, and support to front desk agents to ensure high standards and a positive environment.
* Handle guest requests and challenges confidently, turning interactions into positive experiences.
* Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to manage room availability and meet guest needs.
* Oversee reservations, check-ins, and billing to ensure accuracy and organisation.
* Assist with shift planning and scheduling to ensure the front desk is well-prepared.
* Maintain a welcoming and professional front desk area, setting the tone for a memorable guest experience.


What We Need From You:

* A people-person with front desk or guest services experience, and some leadership skills.
* Exceptional communication skills and a natural problem-solver, ready to handle busy situations.
* Organised and detail-oriented, especially with reservations and billing.
* Team-focused, creating a positive environment for colleagues and guests.
* Confident decision-making skills to keep operations running smoothly.
* High energy and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-facing role.
