Your new role
As Social Media & Content Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s online presence and driving engagement across key platforms. This is a hands-on position where you’ll manage the content calendar, createpelling posts and videos, and collaborate with influencers to grow reach andmunity. You’ll work closely with the brand development team in a creative, fast-paced environment that values bold ideas and innovation.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing and executing the annual content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
2. Creating authentic, trend-led short-form videos and visual content.
3. Building and nurturing influencer relationships in the UK and US.
4. Managing paid social campaigns and optimising performance for ROI.
5. Monitoring analytics and providing actionable insights to improve engagement and reach.
What you'll need to succeed
6. 2–3 years’ experience in social media or digital marketing.
7. Proven success growing audiences on Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
8. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and influencer campaigns.
9. Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
10. Creative, proactive, and data-driven mindset.
