Plant Director / Service Centre Director - The Opportunity As Service Centre Director, you'll be fully accountable for all aspects of the site's performance — P&L ownership, sales, operational delivery, and the leadership of a skilled workforce. You'll shape the site's strategy, build a high-performance culture, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Reporting directly to the Group Managing Director, you'll have the autonomy to run this site like your own business — with the backing of a successful, ambitious group behind you. Plant Director / Service Centre Director - Responsibilities Take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the site. Lead a team of over 40 employees, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer focus. Set and deliver on strategic objectives — driving growth, profitability, and market leadership. Maintain and improve operational efficiency, productivity, and product quality through lean and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage recruitment, training, and performance management to develop high-performing teams. Drive outstanding levels of customer satisfaction across all operations. Monitor and control operational budgets, ensuring profitability and cost-efficiency. Build strong, influential relationships with both internal stakeholders and external customers.
