We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and compassionate Psychology Graduates to work as SEMH Teaching Assistants across supportive schools in Surrey from September 2026.

The Role
As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will support children and young people with: Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) ADHD Communication and behavioural challenges Additional learning needs
You will work closely with teachers and pastoral teams to help students build confidence, emotional resilience, and engagement in learning.

A degree in Psychology or a related subject A caring, patient, and resilient personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills A genuine passion for supporting young people Experience working with children or vulnerable individuals is beneficial but not essential
