Position Grade: G
Job Specification
* Carry out Spray Painting to agreed standard.
* Perform all aspects of a coatings projects safely and efficiently.
* Understanding of different coating systems and required microns.
* Operate, clean and maintain all painting equipment, including paint robot, brushes, rollers, sprayers, mixing equipment, pumps and PPE.
* Carry out painting inspection and ensure this is documented to agreed procedure.
* Maintain a safe work site.
Qualifications and Experience
* Strong work ethic
* Knowledge on areas requiring masking/protection
* High attention to detail
* Understanding of the application of high performance coatings.
* Requires experience with all aspects of painting, surface preparation, finishing and maintenance of a wide variety of industrial structures.
* Basic understanding of coatings scope documents.
* Forklift License B2 (preferred but not essential)
* Proven track record in blasting & painting.
