Your Role in the Team

As a Customer Service Team Leader at Paddy Power, you will be the welcoming host for customers in our retail shops, ensuring they have an outstanding experience. You will engage with visitors, provide best-in-class service, and promote our online and retail products and services. You will contribute to delivering outstanding hospitality in the dynamic world of retail betting.


How you’ll do it

We look for people who exceed customer expectations, build effective relationships, and create a warm, positive environment. This role involves hosting customers in-shop, cross-selling retail and online products, clearly answering customer queries, and informing customers about promotions.


Responsibilities

* Assisting customers to place bets through various channels (betting terminals, telephone services, in-shop transactions)
* Maintaining excellent shop presentation to create an inviting atmosphere
* Assuming responsibilities in the absence of the Shop Manager to ensure smooth shop operations
* Adapting to different situations while remaining customer-focused
* Fulfilling social responsibility duties by adhering to established guidelines and regulations
