Hays are recruiting for a professional, polished, and personable Temporary Receptionist/Host to be the weing face of a prestigious property. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-end, customer-focused environment and can deliver exceptional service with poise and discretion.
Your new role
1. You will be responsible for:
2. Meeting and weing guests, clients, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
3. You will manage the reception area to ensure it remains immaculate and inviting.
4. Handle iing calls and direct them appropriately.
5. Coordinate visitor access and maintain security protocols.
6. Provide support for meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared to a high standard.
7. Assist with administrative tasks such as mail handling, deliveries, and scheduling.
8. Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless guest experiences.
What you'll need to succeed
9. Previous experience in a front-of-house, hospitality, or luxury environment.
10. Impeccable presentation andmunication skills.
11. Calm, confident, and courteous under pressure.
12. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
13. Proficient in Microsoft Office andfortable with booking systems.
14. Discreet and professional with a proactive attitude.
