Electrician - Social Housing Maintenance ?? East Sussex - Hastings, St Leonards & Bexhill-on-Sea ?? Up to £40,000 Van & Fuel Card Think Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a well-established property services contractor operating within the social housing sector across East Sussex. This is a permanent opportunity working on responsive repairs, maintenance, testing and installation works within occupied and void residential properties. Key Responsibilities Carrying out electrical installations, repairs and maintenance Inspection, testing and fault finding on domestic electrical systems Replacing sockets, fittings and associated components Completing Health & Safety risk assessments Ensuring all works are completed in line with current regulations Accurately completing job sheets and work records Delivering excellent customer service within tenants' homes Requirements 18th Edition Wiring Regulations AM2 Qualification 2391 Inspection & Testing Full UK Driving Licence Previous experience within social housing or domestic maintenance preferred Strong understanding of electrical compliance and safety standards Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Package Salary up to £40,000 per annum Company van and fuel card 23 days holiday bank holidays Ongoing training and progression opportunities Employee wellbeing and benefits package Stable, long-term work If you are an experienced Electrician looking for a new opportunity within the social housing sector, please apply today or contact Think Recruitment for more information.
