Join us at Holland & Barrett as a Digital Campaign Executive on a 3 months fixed term contract and play a key role in delivering engaging, accurate, and on-brand digital campaigns across our websites and app. In this fast-paced role, you'll help bring promotions, content, and digital trading initiatives to life ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless online experience.

The Role
Key Responsibilities
* Upload, manage, and maintain promotional and campaign content across the H&B website and app.
* Support execution of digital campaigns including banners, promotional codes, and terms.
* Write short-form copy and create briefs for design assets.
* Align campaign planning with CRM, social, and category teams.
* Communicate campaign progress and updates to stakeholders.
* Review content accuracy, ensuring promotions go live on time and error-free.
* Collaborate with product and customer service teams on UX testing and feedback.
Location:
This is a hybrid role based in London or Nuneaton, with the requirement to be in the office at least two days per week.
The Person
Key requirements:
* Interest in supporting digital campaigns or eCommerce operations.
* Project management experience is advantageous
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Skilled communicator who thrives in cross-functional collaboration.
* Confident using digital tools such as CMS platforms, Excel, and Teams or willing to learn
