The Role: This Supply Teacher role involves teaching across primary year groups from EYFS to KS2 in various schools. As a Supply Teacher, youll cover short:term and day:to:day assignments, delivering lessons that keep children engaged and learning while their class teacher is absent.
Key Responsibilities:
* Teaching across the primary curriculum, adapting to different year groups and abilities
* Following existing lesson plans or creating your own high:quality lessons
* Maintaining consistent behaviour management and classroom routines
* Supporting pupils learning and ensuring continuity in their education
* Working collaboratively with school staff and building positive relationships
What Were Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
* Previous experience as a Supply Teacher or classroom teacher in primary education
* Excellent behaviour management and communication skills
* Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
* Adaptability and resilience when working in different school environments
* Desirable: Broad experience across year groups and strong planning skills
