Children's Social Worker - Quality Assurance

About the role:
A friendly and supportive children's services team is seeking an experienced social worker that is able to undertake the following social work duty tasks :
5. supporting with QA’ing of documents such as safety plans, assessments and reports,
6. attending meetings such as CP conferences to support less experienced social workers when needed
7. overseeing a small case load of complex cases during a colleagues sickness perio
You will need to have specific experience in the Court and Child Protection arena, but also be available to be office based a minimum of 3 days a week to support the duty tasks and be a support to the team.
What you need:
8. A degree in Social Work or equivalent
9. Registered with Social Care Wales
10. Experience in the court and child protection arena
11. Completed relevant post-qualifying training
12. Enhanced DBS check
13. Excellent communication and written skills
