A well-established, award-winning law firm in Devon is expanding its highly regarded Private Client department and is seeking a skilled Private Client Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner to join its growing team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a Diverse Private Client Caseload

* Estate Administration and Probate Matters
* Drafting Wills and Advising on Estate Planning
* Inheritance Tax (IHT) Planning and Wealth Protection
* Trust Creation, Management and Advisory Work
* Preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
* Optional Court of Protection Matters

Business Development & Client Engagement
\n
* Build relationships with local clients and professional networks
* Participate in networking and business development initiatives (optional but encouraged)

Candidate Requirements
Experienced Private Client Legal Professional (4+ Years PQE)
\n
* Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx), or Experienced Fee Earner
* Minimum 4 years’ experience in Private Client Law
* STEP or SFE accreditation (or working towards) – advantageous
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Client-focused with excellent communication abilities
