About This Role This position involves the day-to-day management of a dynamic and successful sales area, supporting a diverse customer base that includes OEMs, end users, and distributors. The role offers a balance of independent working and team collaboration, and includes: * Managing and developing a busy and established sales area. * Looking after a varied customer portfolio including OEMs, end users, and resellers. * Driving sales growth by proactively identifying opportunities with both new and existing clients. * Primarily focusing on mechanical geared motors, with additional involvement in sales and support for services, inverters, servos, and industrial gears. * Working independently from home while effectively managing your own schedule. * Collaborating closely with internal and external colleagues to ensure excellent customer service and support. What We're Looking For * Proven experience in the power transmission or service industry is highly desirable. * A strong technical background with sound knowledge of power, speed, and torque is essential. * Ideally, candidates will have a formal qualification such as an ONC or HNC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. * Strong customer relationship skills and a proactive approach to selling. * A good understanding of the sales process and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * While familiarity with specific product ranges is beneficial, full training will be provided if required
