Reporting into the Senior Manager of Lateral Recruitment and Professional Develop, you’ll support on a variety of recruitment administration tasks assisting with all aspects of the team’s day-to-day operations.
Partner Recruitment Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
* Track the life cycle of candidates for reporting purposes and maintain filing for candidates in line with the firm’s GDPR guidelines
* Primary day-to-day responsibility for managing recruitment database ensuring accuracy
* Manage the recruiting calendar, facilitating a high volume of interviews, circulating invitations, tracking attendance etc.
* Prepare correspondence for the team and assist with due diligence processes
* Handle sensitive matters with discretion and maintain confidentiality
* Take ownership of tasks and work well independently as well as effectively within a fast-paced environment
Partner Recruitment Coordinator Skills & Requirements:
* Previous administrative experience in a law firm or professional services environment
* Previous experience with Partner Recruitment highly desired
* Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and basic knowledge of PowerPoint Excel
* Must be willing to attend firm coordinated events and programmes to network with lawyers and business services staff
* Flexibility to work overtime as needed
