Role Overview This desk-based role acts as the first point of contact for incoming HR queries, providing timely and accurate advice on a wide range of employment issues. The HR Advisor will be responsible for triaging HR queries, undertaking initial fact-finding, and supporting case management. The post also involves conducting HR compliance audits and assisting with bespoke HR consultancy projects, requiring excellent communication, administrative, and organisational skills.
