As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a passionate and capable Customer Support Advisor to join our friendly team. The Role As a Customer Support Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for all inbound customer calls — managing 40 to 60 calls per day in a fast-paced environment. Your mission is to provide a high standard of support, resolving queries efficiently and professionally, and ensuring every customer receives a great experience. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls, providing timely and accurate support. Troubleshoot issues and offer practical solutions in line with company processes. Maintain clear and concise records of all customer interactions. Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved. Follow up on customer queries where needed to ensure satisfaction. About You Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong ability to stay calm under pressure and manage high call volumes. A genuine passion for helping people and solving problems. Comfortable using technology and learning new systems quickly. Reliable, positive, and proactive attitude. Requirements Able to travel reliably to our office near Worcester (own transport preferred as we are not located in the city centre). Prior experience in customer service or support roles is advantageous but not essential — we value the right attitude and approach. What We Offer £26,000 annual salary.
