Job Title: Senior Care Assistant

Our Senior Care Assistants play a vital role in providing compassionate care across our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in residents' lives by delivering personalized care that promotes their security, dignity, and independence.
Responsibilities include:
1. Planning and implementing personalized care plans.
2. Building strong relationships with residents and their families.
3. Leading a team of Care Assistants to maintain high standards of care.
4. Assisting with daily activities, including mobility support, end-of-life care, and communication with families.
5. Providing mental and physical stimulation through social and recreational activities.
6. Accurately recording care activities and maintaining documentation.
Qualifications and qualities required:
* Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care (S/NVQ) or equivalent, with a willingness to pursue Level 3 qualification.
* Experience in person-centered care planning and dementia care.
* Positive energy, kindness, and excellent communication skills.
* Good time management and record-keeping abilities.
