We are seeking a Market Research Associate to support evidence‑based decision‑making across pre‑launch and marketed brands. You will identify key business questions, generate actionable insights, and collaborate with regional, global, and affiliate teams to deliver high‑quality market research aligned with organizational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop a strong understanding of therapeutic areas, market dynamics, customer behaviors, and competitor strategies.
* Define and clarify business problems by working closely with internal stakeholders.
* Build strong relationships with business partners to support informed decision‑making.
* Collect, analyze, and interpret primary and secondary data to uncover trends and insights.
* Design, manage, and deliver market research projects end‑to‑end.
* Present findings clearly to stakeholders, enabling effective decisions on forecasting, brand performance, and promotional impact.
* Synthesize insights from multiple research sources to provide comprehensive recommendations.
* Lead the coordination and implementation of affiliate market research plans in partnership with brand teams.
* Contribute to global and regional research initiatives.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree (preferably in life sciences, sociology, psychology, or related field).
* 1–2 years of experience in market research or data analysis (transferable experience considered).
* Strong analytical skills, curiosity, and attention to detail.
* Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Desirable Skills:
* Knowledge of Power BI.
* Familiarity with pharmaceutical market research data sources.
* Understanding of pharmaceutical research compliance.
* Project management skills.
