They are seeking a commercially astute leader to take ownership of the performance and merchandising strategy for direct-to-consumer digital channel across Europe. Key Responsibilities

Own the commercial performance of Reebok.eu, delivering sales, margin,and Ebit

Lead merchandising strategy, including Open-to-Buy management, seasonal range planning, and product launches.

Develop and execute profitable trading and marketing strategies across digital channels.

Oversee UX/UI improvements, product content, and visual merchandising to optimise conversion.
*
Manage digital operations including stock forecasting, pricing, markdowns, promotions, and catalogue uploads.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, and Customer Service teams.

Lead strategic initiatives including omni-channel and platform improvement projects.
