Key Responsibilities
* Report directly to the Senior Executive Assistant, providing hands-on support and ensuring alignment with leadership priorities and company objectives.
* Partner with the Senior Executive Assistant to manage executive schedules, calendars, and meetings, ensuring leaders are organised and operating efficiently.
* Support daily business operations across departments, coordinating tasks and maintaining effective information flow.
* Handle correspondence and documentation—drafting, formatting, and maintaining records to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
* Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and logistics, ensuring seamless execution for both internal and external engagements.
* Act as a first point of contact for inquiries, directing communication appropriately and ensuring timely responses.
* Provide administrative support to leadership and team members, assisting with priorities, deadlines, and workflows.
* Contribute to process improvements by working with the Senior Executive Assistant to streamline administrative systems and create scalable efficiencies.
About You
* 1-2 years Administration experience
* Exceptional organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
* Confident managing multiple tasks and supporting senior stakeholders.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and calendar management tools.
* A proactive problem-solver who enjoys improving systems and processes.
