Key Accountabilities
* Report to the Area Manager and create an ultimate Charlotte Tilbury experience by exceeding KPIs and inspiring the team.
* Serve as a customer experience pioneer – turning customers into ambassadors and ensuring repeat visits.
* Coach and mentor the team, supporting development through on‑the‑job training and ongoing coaching.
* Collaborate and innovate, building lasting cross‑functional relationships within retail and head office.
Requirements
Your Skills and Experience
* Proven management experience at Deputy Manager level or above with a track record of delivering results in KPIs and people outcomes – ideally in a fast‑paced beauty, retail or FMCG environment.
* True leader who believes in empowering the team and inspires them to be their best.
* Highly organized problem solver, adaptable, and able to implement processes and routines.
