The Opportunity We are seeking a Site Management Accountant to join the finance team at the Hereford site. This is a key role supporting financial control, reporting, and commercial decision-making at site level. Key Responsibilities Own and lead the site's financial reporting and control processes Act as a finance business partner to the Site Manager and Senior Leadership Team Collaborate closely with the Central Finance Team to ensure accurate and timely group reporting Prepare and review weekly and monthly management reports Manage the site budgeting and forecasting processes Provide detailed expenditure analysis and cost performance insights Maintain the Profit Improvement Plan (PIP) tracker and highlight savings opportunities Support the site's overall financial governance and compliance with accounting standards Help build a cost-conscious culture through strong cross-functional engagementCandidate Profile We are looking for a confident and commercially astute finance professional who can thrive in a fast-paced, operational environment.
