Job Description
Senior Demand & Supply Planner
£50,000 basic plus 5% Bonus.
Your key responsibilities will be:
* Develop and oversee the execution of monthly demand forecasts, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
* Review planning 0-12 months horizon to ensure optimal product supply for portfolios, balancing inventory levels with customer demand.
* Prepare and drive the monthly Sales and Operations Planning process (S&OP), ensuring cross-functional alignment and effective decision-making at all levels of the organization.
* Proactively identify future supply constraints and develop options to mitigate
* Select transportation routes to maximise economy by combining shipments
* Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to support an efficient supply chain and demand process
* Actively manage together with other involved functions phase-in and phase-out of products
* Lead and execute projects successfully

Essential
* Previous experience (minimum 5 years) in Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Forecasting
* Educated to degree level (or have equivalent experience in supply chain)
* Successfully led projects and initiatives working within both commercial and supply chain
* Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
