Your new role
Asmercial Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of customers, managing relationships with landlords, management agents, and shopping centre management teams. This is a predominantly field-based sales role, where you’ll be responsible for contract renewals, business development, and ensuring the successful installation and performance of a wide range of products. You’ll develop and execute strategic sales plans, prepare proposals, and drive revenue growth, all while delivering a positive and professional experience to every customer. Occasional travel to Banbridge for team meetings will be required.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you’ll need proven experience in account management or field sales, ideally within the shopping centre or retail sector. Strong negotiation, presentation, andmunication skills are essential, along with the ability to work autonomously and build lasting partnerships. A genuine, personable approach, passion for customer service, and a clean driver’s licence are key. You’ll be confident, detail-oriented, and able to deliver the high level of attention and care that customers expect.
